Modern education in nursery contains not only information and clinical experiment but also it contains improving ethical values and their applications in nursery. Gaining theoretical information is important likewise its practical implementation in modern education in nursery. The underlined issue that held by Permanent Committee of Nursing of the European Union (PCN) by the light of that information there had been a request to the EU for the improvement of ethical education in nursery. The result of the request to the EU had finalized by the consensus of the all countries that is member as EU. The Project that run by the host institution is an Erasmus Plus Project. And this Project contains 65 students that have selected from İbni Sina Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi and 6 companion teacher. The students was in 11th and 12th degree and they had an education from this Project “ethical issue in nursery”. The main purpose of this Project is that improving nursing educational system through by using ethical values and activities. Members of the EU aimed to improve the ethical values in nursing education and disseminate this values through the union. This educational improvement will provide care in line with the ethical principles will ensure nurses to get professionalized and realize themselves. It is important to teach them the philosophy of ethics and ethical behavior during the education process in order that they can provide ethics-based care. In this context, the students will participate in a traineeship program for two weeks in the health organizations where "the continuous implementation program for the ethical development of the nurses" prepared by Permanent Committee of Nursing of the European Union is applied. The program of the Project has completed three seperate movements; - 06.12.2015 – 20.12.2015; between these dates 21 students and 2 companion teachers has joined the first movement and went to Germany Klinik am Bürgerpark. - 13.02.2016 – 27.02.2016; between these dates 22 students and 2 companion teachers has joined the second movement and went to Germany, Capio Deutsche Klinik Ottendorf - 11.04.2016 – 25.04.2016; between these dates 22 students and 2 companion teachers has joined the last movement and went to Germany, Capio Deutsche Klinik Ottendorf.
