The project intends to develop a methodology to identify agricultural workers’ qualifications, a model to compare them across partner countries and a tool to carry out this comparison. The project will develop and apply an innovated method of analysis, update the professional catalogue of qualification and renew the occupational and training references of the sector. The main targets are associations and SMEs of the agricultural sector, administrative and public institutions, centres for vocational training, unions etc. The end users would be the workers and managers of the agricultural sector in the EU.
