The Jean Monnet Center of Excellence aims to make scienific and training activities in the fields referred to the Area of Freedom, Security an Justice. Singularly these materials are referred to the areas developed by Stockholm Development Programme which contains a specification of the these four major areas under the headings:1 Promoting citizen's rights:A Europe of Rights, 2.Making peopel's live Easier: A Europe of Law and Justice, 3. A Europe That Project 4. A Europe of Migration and Asylum. Among the outputs that are intended to create the training are a key aera of European construction, development, research and publications, the action on a significant number of law students and thus improving their knowledge and expertise and the ability to mobilize teachers, students and lawyers. The impact includes the creation of the Centre is primarily to make visible to the world of legal education the reality of the creation of the Eurpean Area of Freedom, Security and Justice and the progress made, largely contained in the Stockholm Progamme, as well as monnitoring and disseminate the proceedings of the European institutions in this field.
