The project aims to establish systemic and lasting cross-border cooperation in border regions by the introduction of ICT based informational approach for sustained informational flow, making decision process and practice-sharing between local/regional authorities, professional institutions, NGOs, expert group and stakeholders in border regions. The project creates the sustainable platform for systemic and lasting cooperation of expert groups, Authorities, professional institutions, NGO by though development of the multilingual cross-border ICT based informational recourses with thematic partners forums according to priorities of the CBC ( ecological group, economy group, infrastructural group, tourism group, social and culture integration group), through holding working meetings, workshops, study tours and the delivery of relevant training targeting all of the CBC partners according to developed cooperation plan. Achievements: Strong institutional and informational platform for Authorities, self-government institutions, NGOs and professional institutions that deal with cross-border cooperation and provide public services in border regions, namely: - CBC partners network for Authorities, self-government institutions, NGOs, and working groups of experts and professional institutions that consolidated their efforts for solving the economic and social problems in border regions according to priority directions. - multilingual information ICT system that proposes the on-line communication for target groups and propose the informational and making decision approach to all level of population.- established partnerships and agreements between Authorities, professional instuitutions, NGOs.
