CAST - Competencies and Skills in Tourism
Competent staff means happy campers : The project analyses hotel-related skills affected by ICTs. It promotes and assesses vocational training whilst also contributing to the recognition of informal learning. In addition, it develops an evaluation mechanism and improves employment information. This project started in 2003 and lasted 36 months.
