The project aims to promote and develop youth mobility to support the activities of the Foundation "Astika" through culture, art and youth participation. Support intercultural exchange knowledge and experience in the field of modern non-standard forms of youth expression and youth work, training activities for the festival of street art "Carrousel" -2015. The main activities of the project were related to the implementation of space for arts and culture workshop (Carrousel), preparation and implementation of initiatives of the organization. The project partnered with two organizations from Spain, which together have implemented a one-year project for the service of volunteers. The total number of volunteers was four, they arrived in two stages during the entire service. Three in the first half and a second half of the draft. Two volunteers from the first phase of the project continued in the second stage with a well-grounded motivations. INDICOT the Canary Islands sent two, Asociacion Building Bridges also two volunteer. During the project were applied methods of informal learning (learning by doing) and youth mobility. The project helped to develop the capacity of our youth organization supported the preparation and implementation of youth activities and voluntary initiatives promoting youth mobility and contribute to enriching experience for young people. The project build the capacity of our organization and provide the necessary resources for long-term volunteers who worked on the project specific topics. It has contributed to the impact of the environment: free expression of young people, social engagement through culture and art.
