We are making a site for study and job counselling. The ‘tangible’ result is an interactive web portal, Career Counselling Web, CCW, www.careerweb.se. It’s useful for young adults; individually, in a one-to-one interaction with a counsellor or in a group with a counsellor, for employers to plan for in-service training, individually or in a group setting in a company or in any organisation. The way through CCW goes via Describe myself, Develop myself, Apply for a job and Manage My documents. The process can iterate over time, it can help in problem solving and develop strategies for decision making, to help in describing myself in a situation of being interviewed for a job position. It generates files with CV for different situations and has a function for a dialogue with a counsellor, a friend or a VET instructor. It can be food for thought in a situation where you should make an important career decision.
