Capitalizing Alpine Building Evaluation Experiences (CABEE)
Date du début: 30 juin 2012, Date de fin: 29 juin 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

CABEE is a transnational Alpine project that aims to create and implement an Alpine-wide guideline for definition, procurement, production, assessment and promotion as well as learning about new and refurbished Nearly-Zero-Emission-Buildings (NZEB) and their neighbourhoods. CABEE capitalizes wisdom from finished and on-going EU-projects but also projects from the Alpine Space program. It focuses on a mass oriented approach with low entry barriers and an on-going Open-Source support. Pilot activities are settled on public tendering, user behaviour and a toward 100% eco-assessment approach. The integration of micro smart energy grids is explored. Furthermore, markets for NZEBs are prepared, especially in cooperation with public authorities and SMEs. On the regional level, “Regional Operation Committees” will be established which are supported by a transnational sustainable network of experts. A public transnational conference concentrates on and spreads out existing knowledge. Achievements: The project CABEE was already presented on 12 various events in Switzerland, France, Italy and Slovenia. The model function of public buildings could be demonstrated in a summary of 29 front runner projects from which now every partner picks one to learn upon. The knowledge Hub is technically established and already filled with first content, also from prior projects like ENERBUILD. For the pilot testing of guidelines assessment areas were defined. In the field of synergy grids a guideline and a draft of a CABEE cluster tool was developed. First three workshop for SMEs were hold in France and Germany to strengthen the capability of SMEs. In France a tool called “Building Information Modeling” is in progress. To establish on-going services for SMEs an information and contribution brochure for the NENA network were made.
