Since 2011, the Leonardo Mobility Projects have brought a European dimension to the Lycée Branly in the Catering section. The opening of a European section in September 2014 allows us to start our ERASMUS +project in the tertiary section. This project suits perfectly with the European Plan of our establishment. Our objectives are in total adequation with the aims of the Academy of Nantes : -Insert our students as European citizens in the professional field and also immerse them in the culture of a foreign country -success in the exams of our students and highlight their diplomas with the European mention -create solidarity within the educational team.The student will be at the heart of his training and his family will be deeply involved in the educational project of the youg citizen. -cooperate with the different national and international actors. The project of mobility of the educational team fits in with a training plan to improve the quality and the educational skills of the establishment .This project will allow us to start the implementation of our plan of European development, cornerstone of our establishment project. Four teachers from the general and vocational field of our educational team get involved to improve their knowledge and skills in order to add their know-how to the existing team. They will follow a two week training course session in Oxford (UK) with the organism SILC. In this training course there are at the same time proficiency English lessons, methodology and knowledge of the English education and professional system. The impacts are numerous and cross- disciplinary: - cohesion of the group around the European project of our establishment -exchange of educational practices -enhancement of our skills in English -trust in the linguistic and educational practices Three teachers will get their certification in English in February 2015. They will be able to teach their subjects in English to prepare the students for their BTEC with the European Mention . We would like to develop motivation among the staff of our school, the Lycée Branly. We would like them to get involved in our European project .
