CAÑAVERAL - EUROPA 3.0
Date du début: 1 sept. 2016, Date de fin: 31 août 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project is based on a principle of inclusiveness in an attempt to develop a global vision and a cross-sectional dimension in a closer cooperative working relationship. The plan implements a point of convergence of our three professional profiles: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT, MICROCOMPUTER SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS and COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES, broadening its scope. Our philosophy is to integrate students from different professional backgrounds in the same workplace. Both the administrative profile and the Computing profile are multidisciplinary and therefore they can participate in all business sectors. This makes it easy to create tandems such as Trade - Computing, Administrative – Trade, Computing - Administrative or even the trinomial Trade - Administrative - Computing in the same host organization. As reflected in the name of our project "Opening Horizons for (Professional) Training" we want to expand our presence in more countries and companies and to offer more professional, linguistic and cultural opportunities to our students. The outcome is a project where we want to integrate two main aspects: labour, internationalizing the professional experience and personal, enriching their personal development.OBJECTIVESThe project is aimed at ten students from our school studying one of the above mentioned vocational training degrees. The feedback of the project will allow us to know different ways of conducting professional practice to share with the rest of the parties involved.- To mentor our students to share internship tracking in different vocational training degrees offered in our educational centre.- To improve the language skills of both the participants and our group project work. For students, improve their CV, as a result of their training experience in a foreign country and develop a personal experience through cultural integration in the new environment. The MAIN OBJECTIVE is the students’ entrance into the labour market.ACTIVITIESPRELIMINARY ACTIVITIES:- To contact companies and establish the training programme and the project plan (arrangements of visits).- To prepare the participants in terms of linguistic competence and technical and practical instruction.- To organize the logistic support for participants (trip, accommodation, host organization, etc.).PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: The companies play an active and crucial role during training in the workplace and are committed to following the scheduled training activities previously agreed with the school. The workplace mentor will ensure that the project objectives are achieved by the candidates.METHODOLOGYThe methodology used in this project is linked to, on the one hand, in the area of study known as Training in the Workplace and on the other hand, the opportunities offered by the Erasmus programme + .RESULTS AND EXPECTED IMPACTThese are the objectives of the project in relation to the results and impact:- To know different forms of know-how on the part of the host companies in order to improve not only our skills (as the sending institution) but also our students’ and other agencies and institutions.- To obtain experience in planning, implementing and monitoring the mobility within the European Union. Our students, after the Erasmus + experience, mature both professionally and personally. They also advance significant knowledge of the culture and language of the host country. In regards to the institutions and agencies, they enhance their experience in planning, managing and evaluating results of a European project.- To improve networking relationships of all parties involved in the program, providing continuous improvement for future projects. The primary goal of this project is to increase job placement for our students. Personal interviews with the Erasmus + students are conducted in order to evaluate the impact and benefits of the project in relation to the rest of the students.
