This project is a project based on implementation involving professional knowledge and implementation activities of trainers educating at the fields of glass adornment and gilding in our corporation. Although our corporation is technically efficient at ‘ The Atelier of Glass Gilding’ that our corporation founded with supports taken from EU project , it has not shown development as our trainers educating at this field are not sufficient at professional competence and practice. This gass adornment that has started to be implemented at our region newly will increase our trainers’ professional competence and will provide our trainers’individual and professional career developments with this project. Our main target at our project is to obtain objectives targeted such as observing gass adornment and gilding trainings and implementations at large organisations being higher-level with technical opportunity, personnel profile and experience in a different country of European , taking place in implementation activities in there, comparing these activities and at the result of process ‘ researching production steps, organising in workplace, designing, implementing techniques of pattern working , preparing pattern in hand, making pattern masking , making sanding , making baking’. Making solidarity, planning at workplace, program and making work organisation, adopting necessaries of busines ethics and following up developments related to occupation and constantly developing themselves as indivual with taking place into implementation activities at different types related to know countries being cross border and glass gilding will carry our trainer’s proffesional and personal visions to higher- level by removing from the theme ‘life-long learning’ occuring the base of success at the art of glass adornment adn gilding. ‘ Life-long Learning’ being the source of inspiration to the name of our project named as ‘ Refreshing to glass’ will only occur persons developing themselves together with observing by passing country borders. Developments at globalisation, science and technology have been main factors determining profile of labor force that today’s society need. In other saying, societies require persons having skills at ‘develoing themselves’ and ‘ life-long learning’ anylonger. There will be created a second learning opportunity to our trainers by updating of main skills related to glass adornment art and being appropriate for the necessities of the time for our trainers having activity of adult training and will be presented more advanced level learning opportunities with this project. They will be stated by our trainers at an international level that main foresight at the project named as ‘Refreshing Glass’ is to provide awarenes that handcrafts are important everwhere and everytime by passing borders and cultural differences ; this craft is such valuable and blessed occupation. Being grown of our trainers being unprejudiced, being able to show emphaty, knowing team work, haing powerful communication skills, experienced at technical equipment, self-assured and relying on team, being powerful in terms of psycho-sociali , gained life-long learning philosophy are amoung our project’s targets. These targets will provide a basis especially for activities of dissemination after project. Giresun Public Education Center, Rize Public Education Center and Piraziz Public Education Center, Modell Divatiskola Iparmüvészeti, Ruha-és Böripari Szakközépiskola és Szakiskola from hungary and VOŠTR a SUŠTŘ from the czech republic were accepted as corporations at our project. So we targeted to be more active at the activities of dissemination. We will actualize implementation activities with our project named as ‘Refreshing Glass’ in Czech Republic. It has been approved the participation with totally 10 attenders and 2 satellitium as to be; 5 attenders and 1 satellitium in Czech Republic on February in 2015 and on 5 attenders and 1 satellitium March in 2015 for activities at our project ‘Refreshing Glass’.
