The Consortium school teaching trainee staff mobility for the education authority of Lille (“académie de Lille”) CALME_pro is part of the Erasmus + program from 2016 to 2018. CALME_pro promotes and organizes, for the “académie de Lille”, the European mobility of trainee teachers, who mostly teach in primary school along with the person in charge of them in their schools. It aims at promoting and facilitating professional exchanges of good practices of European citizenship ,inclusion and equity and the development of communication skills in foreign languages.CALME_pro is an consortium with the education authority of Lille, the applicant is the public interest grouping (GIP) Lifelong learning-Occupational Integration of the “académie of Lille”. It brings together and includes:-the authorities in charge of the training of trainee teachers : 1)l’ESPE (higher school dedicated to future teachers and school teachers) for the theoretical chapter of the diploma MASTER - 2) both local education authorities (in the “Nord” and in “Pas de Calais”) in charge of the allocations and practical teaching in schools and places where the training courses are carried out;-2 training schools – one nursery school and one primary school , one in "Nord" and one in "Pas de Calais";-The education authority of Lille , represented with the Delegation for European, International Relations and Cooperation (DAREIC) , the coordinator of the project CALME_pro. In order to achieve European formative mobility of 90 educational staff members, among which 60 primary school trainee teachers and 30 academic advisors working for the county or the borough or foreign language.The Consortium CALME_pro organizes mobilities as observation periods in a work situation at educational partners in Europe, especially with countries linked with our educational agreements between with the county Suffolk-UK and North Rhine-Westphalia, with Finland, well ranked country in the PISA survey, and according to the range of languages recommended by the new "modern languages Programme" (German community in Belgium and Austria).These periods will last about 12 days (+2days’ travelling) for the trainee teachers and 3 days (+2days’ travelling) for the academic advisors. They will usually be carried out in small teams in order to enable a real observation training course at the foreign partners.They imply of course a common preparation between the teaching teams, the "ESPE" (school teachers), the schools , matching with the partner schools needs. It will be undertaken through the use of e-twinning.This project is based on the 2013 law “la Loi d'orientation et de refondation de l'Ecole de la République” (=a law dealing with the orientation and the new bases of the school of the French Republic) especially abroad teaching training courses (sandwich course: school-university) and the frame of reference of professional competences of teaching . The formative value of the mobility will equally and mutually strengthen the topics of open-mindedness, European citizenship thanks to the exchanges between colleagues, schools, educational frames .Thus he transnational mobilities meet the needs of the development of institutional partnership in Europe, engraving this goal from the initial training for the new teachers. The observation of good practices at a foreign partner should consequently maximize and facilitate educational didactic and pedagogical improvements guaranteeing more European opening, more inclusion, more equality and more communication skills in foreign languages.The results and the impact of CALME_pro are undoubtedly expected in staff mobility but also through their involvement in teaching teams, educational systems, local education authorities, at the level of these schools and the whole territory. The professional and educational exchanges in a European dimension, leaning on a wide-scale broadcasting of the results, should create or maintain innovating processes of learning and teaching , aiming at all the pupils’ success. CALME_pro intends to arise a long term desire for European educational projects among the teachers and the learners. This dynamic wave will contribute to giving the taste of the Other and the wish for intercultural experience and communication.
