The project Kaleidoscope. New perspectives about youth participation and employment starts from the needs of partner organizations of create, through a job shadowing, a mutual learning environment for their workers where they can exchange good practices, tools, difficulties and learn lessons. It will be also an opportunity to got to know more about historical realities and socio- political situation of both regions of intervention. During two months one active member with experience of Yetooponese organization will move to Berlin to be part of Kulturlabor daily life. The objectives of the project are:-> To improve the competences and attitudes of the workers in both organizations to improve their capacity in working with their target groups. -> To increase the understanding of the practices, policies and support systems developed in relation with participation, community building and youth unemployment in both countries.->To strength the partnership between Kulturlabor Trial&Error and broaden to new organizations.->To develop new innovative projects, at local an international level, related with participation, youth empowerment and employment.-> To participate in the development of an innovative youth local policy based in knowledge and actual data.The methodology used will be participative and based in the principles of non formal education, also observational learning, systematization of results and analysis of the reality. As results of this project we expect: a better understanding of the practices, policies and support systems developed in relation with participation, community building and youth unemployment, a improvement of competences of the workers and the creation of new innovative projects. Finally the results of the project will be systematized in a visual document ( mind-maps, infographics, etc...) to disseminate it. As long term results we expect that this project helps in the improvement of the training and work in the youth field in all Europe.
