Starting from the conviction that change is now become a "normal situation", every person is called throughout life to develop the skills to be able to adequately deal with it. THE CLAIMS FROM WHICH WE STARTED • In what ways is it possible to promote the social competences, interpersonal, cultural and intercultural? • What features should a "formative environment" have, vital where these competences can all profit? • How to promote the autonomization of people through an organization of the formation where access to training resources is free, easy and motivating? • What role can the environments FAD in this perspective? The commitment is that of • Respond to the educational challenge of an aging population on the territory • Provide adults with new pathways aimed at improving their knowledge and skills. • Facilitate the development and dissemination of innovative practices in adult education in the local context in synergy with the cultural and educational organizations in the area. THE OBJECTIVES C&C PROGRAMME intends to favor a culture of lifelong learning through synergies between professional development, renewed concepts of teaching, learning and doing formation. Two - the goals of the project: objective 1: to design, experiment and validate a model of systemic organizational development dynamic and innovative , centered on core competencies, to support the processes and activities of organizations involved in adult education. Objective 2: To experiment with models of empowerment centered on core competencies to foster the professional development of trainers working in the field of adult education. C & C PROGRAMME proposes a plan of work and experimentation by identifying three parameters needed to identify the three areas of concern and action. • The persons undergoing training • The pedagogy and learnings • The organization and functioning of the organization that proposes the training THE ACTIVITIES Through a holistic and systemic approach to persons and to the organization The project C & C PROGRAMME promotes the testing of a methodology aimed at creating synergy between the needs of training and professional updating of the actors involved in adult education and training needs of adults in formation TARGET Through the methodology of action research the activities and research areas identified by the project allow you to engage a target differentiated and transversal that includes the actors responsible for the training of adults (trainers, animators, educators, animators in the cultural sector, land resources, in particular, libraries and cultural centers). MOBILITY OF STAFF NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS 2 PROFESSIONAL PROFILES INVOLVED: a training designer and the project manager ACTIVITIES PLANNED: job shadowing at Vuxenskolan SV Jämtland SWEDEN The mobility offers the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of aspects of the general objectives, methodological presuppositions and programmatics of the Study Circles of Vuxenskolan SV Jamtland.
