In recent years, and in our country the social media have developed considerable momentum by making significant changes, even twists on how businesses are placed on the market, communicate and "develop" dialogue with consumers but also other social stakeholders. The penetration of the Social Media in the sphere of entrepreneurship lays new needs in the way businesses manage and shape their relationship with the consumer. The consumer no longer has a passive role and may develop a two-way dialogue with the same company, under a redefined relationship. This makes the Social Media critical and efficient communication tools in the hands of a company. However, the lack of an integrated strategy and ignorance of the way and making use of them can shake the faith and confidence of consumers. Accordingly, no business can no longer ignore the Social Media. It is also difficult for business owners and senior managers to utilize the full range of opportunities available to them through the Internet and social media. For this reason new ratings make their appearance in the labor market. The expertise and knowledge on Social Media, are now considered essential qualification in all sectors of the market.The 2015 were big year for digital marketing and social media, since most companies have realized the importance of their presence online. In 2016, seems to also have a particular interest. Latest research record 2 billion worldwide users of social networks, with projected growth of 25% per year. The Commissioner of the European Commission for the Digital Agenda has many times mentioned that by 2020 there will be approximately 800,000 short jobs for people with knowledge e-skills.The proposed project has as main purpose to present with an practical way all their available e-technologies and tools design and implementation of a digital marketing strategy and the acquisition of specialized knowledge and skills (e-skills), in the effective use of social media, so young people as potential businessmen or business executives, enabling them to seize the enormous opportunities offered by the new digital world and to increase their chances of finding work. In the proposed draft digital marketing issues are analyzed and social media and it is designed to cultivate the thinking digital, to provide the proper knowledge and above all to show that implemented and apply this knowledge in practice. Also, it seeks to motivate participants to participate in international activities to acquire European consciousness, to gain valuable professional experience and to encourage participants to lifelong improvement of professional and linguistic skills, leveraging information and communication technologies in their work on a daily basis. Particular attention will be paid in this context to the development of cooperation among training institutions and enterprises.In the proposed project will participate 45 total trainees IEK TOMH who make the initial training and three (3) accompanying persons in 3 rows. As a selected host countries as Italy, Germany and Sweden because they are countries with increased entrepreneurship, advanced technology, using IT in Business Administration, Education and implementation of business and financial objectives.Participants will be selected according to defined criteria and will receive language and cultural preparation before departure. The educational content designed in modules, based on knowledge and practical skills required to meet the requirements of the modern job market and the training program will be implemented in three parts: 1) Lectures by experts 2) Internships in collaborating SMEs and 3) Cultural Activities. The organization processes, monitoring and evaluation of the overall project and its results are guaranteed through a series of agreements. To manage down the widespread use of new technologies. During the mobility project we stress the importance of full awareness of all parties and continuous monitoring. We will use to validate the EUROPASS. We know the importance of disseminating the program ERASMUS + and implement the EU directives for efficient management. As part of the dissemination of the results will be a presentation of the project at a workshop will be organized to disseminate the experience to parents - teachers - students - local societyOur main goal is to continue under the ERASMUS+ collaboration with Partners we have worked well in past projects so as to become stronger cooperation with them. As host partners chose: 1. EUROFORM RFS (IT), 2. ALFATRAINING - BILDUNGSZENTRUM (DE), 3. INFODUCTION AB (SE). All three partners have extensive experience in organizing similar projects, which guarantees the quality of the placement. Communication and cooperation with them was excellent, however the relevant contract will be signed for cooperation between players immediately after the approval of this project.
