The project consists in upgrading infrastructure and services to support the development innovation in an area geographically, culturally and economically homogenous (Como, Lecco, Lugano and Milan) but divided by political boundaries. The project, which starts from existing infrastructure - Incubators and university allocated at the areas mentioned - will exploit the opportunities present in the Lombard area (industrial fabric, fabric academic skills and professionalism). It consists primarily of two trends: managing the entire life cycle of innovation (scouting, incubation, development, post-incubation and technology park) and definition of services may serve to encourage companies to clustering and internationalization experience (participation in the race calls, sharing of results, technical and commercial synergies, developments sales networks,...). / Il progetto consiste nel potenziamento di infrastrutture e servizi per favorire lo sviluppo dell'innovazione in un'area geograficamente, culturalmente ed economicamente omogenea (Como, Lecco, Lugano e Milano) ma divisa da confini politici. Il progetto, che parte da infrastrutture esistenti - incubatori e poli universitari allocati presso le aree citate -, sfruttera le opportunita presenti nell'area lombarda (tessuto industriale, tessuto accademico, competenze e professionalita). Si articola essenzialmente su due filoni: gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita dell'innovazione (scouting, incubazione, sviluppo, post-incubazione e parco tecnologico) e definizione di servizi che possano servire alle aziende per favorire esperienze di clustering ed internazionalizzazione (partecipazione a bandi gara, condivisione di risultati, sinergie tecniche e commerciali, sviluppi di reti di vendita,...). Achievements: The project produced an infrastructure and services upgrade targeted to develop the innovation process and the supply of services focused on clustering and internationalization (i.e. participation to international tenders and sharing of results). Main achievements were: 1. Scouting on new entrepreneurs ideas (370) and evaluation of 150 business plans presented by private companies; 2. Services to the start-up such as management and commercial assistance and financing from European Union; 3. Training both for start-up and new entrepreneurs about marketing, administration, commercial network, innovation and environment (20 courses); 4. Communication and promotion of the project both to attract and to inform new companies (one congress and 30 meetings).
