Date du début: 31 déc. 2011, Date de fin: 30 déc. 2012 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The aim of the project is to strengthen the safety capacities of the Szatmár area, by building up a new, cross-border alarm network. This consists of the members of professional and volunteer protection&rescue organisations, as police, fire service, medical service, home guards. This is an experimental project for the safety of the population with complex interventions: making basic surveillance systems, get some new equipment for the member services, organising anti-drug presentations for children, organising meetings and conferences in the question. The project aims common problems in the border area: the Schengen integration will end the present border lines, but the necessary cooperation on the operational field of the involved protect and rescue services aren't live yet. For making better the general safety of the population in the area, it is necessary to build up new networks between the services, with a little innovative development. The general objective of the project is building up an alarm network between protection and rescue organisations. The direct beneficiaries are the members of volunteer and professional protect and rescue services in the area (cca. 25 organisations with more than 500 members). The main specific activities of the project are building up the base of the alarm network and organising the cross-border alarm network.
