The overall objective of co-operation between schools in Sombor and Baja isknowledge improvement, skill training of students, training or re-qualification ofunemployed people and development of technical outlook in schools. Professionalsin relevant fields will provide education for staff and students while main beneficiariesof the project are teachers, students, and unemployed persons from both sides ofthe border. Improvement of employment and creation of new jobs are crucial goalsof education, and will be implemented according to European standards. Besidedevelopment of the curriculum and skill building, the project will also include mediacampaigns which might promote collaboration among students, professionals andinhabitants of the border regions.
