Project „Bravarska EU priča“is aimed at the mobility of metalworker students and their work placement in Toulouse, France.The mobility duration is two weeks.During the mobility, students will do their work placement in specialized nearby companies and workshops. Students should achieve maximum knowledge in their field in order to compete in this very competitive labor market. By doing their work placement, other that adjusting to work in new and unfamiliar surroundings, students will have a chance to compare technologies used by the French, types of organization in these companies, adjustment to work and technological discipline, acquire self-confidence on the work place as well as in communication, improve their knowledge of foreign language and create an opportunity for an independent placement on the labor market.They will broaden their skills and competences, gain self-confidence and improve the knowledge of foreign language. This project will have a major role in their future employment.In France they will meet their peers and have an opportunity to know their culture and way of life. The aim of this mobility is acquiring of new skills, knowledge and competences in the mechanical area. It will also arise awareness of multiculturalism and respect of foreign customs, increasing the level of tolerance and general enhancement in language skills.Planed results:- acquiring new work habits and skills in cutting, processing and assembling of metal parts- acquiring new methods of implementation- development of creativity through cooperation with partners- acceptance of new technologies and automation in manufacturing - overcoming the language barriers and - mobility to a new and unfamiliar country without fear, greater independence managing in new situations- increased levels of self-respect and self-confidence- transfer of good practice- contribution to beneficiary organization
