Boosting Cross Border Business Cooperation and Competitiveness through Innovation (InnoBoost)

The objective of the InnoBoost project is to support cooperation between businesses from the areas situated on both sides of the Romanian-Hungarian border and to foster innovation based competitiveness of the cross border economic environment. Therefore, the project pursues the development of the following activities: organisation of an InnoMatch Fair to promote and award innovative products, services and new technologies, to facilitate business match-making and to ensure visibility of the best cross border cooperation practices; development of capitalisation activities to favour the improvement of cross border businesses' performance by providing customized consultancy schemes and training in Intellectual Property Rights; management and communication activities ensuring an optimal joint project implementation and high visibility for the project's activities and results.The general objective of the project is increased cooperation and innovation-based competitiveness of cross border businesses through integrated support activitiesThe project's target group is the business environment from the cross border area, more specifically, those businesses developing innovative products or technologies, providing innovative services or solutions. They are being offered the possibility to promote their products and services, to connect and to create local, regional and cross border partnerships within the InnoMatch Fair, to increase their expertise in specific domains through the implementation of customized consultancy schemes, to get into contact with the research professionals offering innovative solutions. In addition, the project also addresses the employees of organisations involved in the project activities who will benefit from expertise in Intellectual Property Rights.
