"Bon Appetit-Afiyet Olsun" KA Youth Mobility Youth Exchange project will be realized in Muğla/Turkey on 01.11.2015-08.11.2015 with the participation of Turkey "Muğla Genç-İz Kültür Topluluğu", Denmark"Svendborg Ungdomsskole", Poland "STOWARZYSZENIE PRZYJACIOL ZESPOLU TANCA LUDOWEGO MALI GORZOWIACY", Latvia "Tautas Deju Ansamblis Rucavietis", Romania "Asociatia EuroDEMOS" and France"Bureau Information jeunesse de Brest" organisations. There will be 36 youths and 6 group leaders from each country. Travel dates are 31.10.2015 and 09.11.2015. The project will take place for 10 days, including travel dates. Project's main themes are traditional cuisines and international cultural sharing. Our project paticipants firstly will prepare the elements of their traditional cuisine; then, these are going to be taught and explained with their history and meaning to the other participants of the project. After all the cuisines are realized, participants will mutually decide about the project's "European Menu". After this, the participants will create "European Menu Booklet" which includes recipe, historical and meaning background of each dish. In our project, we will discuss the damages and negative sides of Fast-Food habits and we will present healthy lifestyle and diet habits through the traditional cuisines.
