With this project ten professionals of youth work will receive by a study trip insight into the nature of youth work in Bologna and Leipzig. They get an overview of the structures, visit youth centers, organizations and initiatives of youth welfare, exchange views with experts on the ground from experiencing daily processes, learn new methods, projects and approaches, make as far as possible own activities and improve thereby their professional, intercultural and linguistic competences.They get a new perspective, new impulses and ideas for their own daily work. Main topics of the exchange are concepts for violence prevention, integration / inclusion, discrimination, school dropout and drug use.The project partners want to solidify a continuity and professionalism in their international work and open up an implementing of a new common mobility with this project. New interfaces and networking areas can be built, an exchange of experiences, competencies in the organization and implementation of such mobility can be extended and an international networking of participating professionals and organizations will be pushed.
