Our project, “ Let’s achieve together is a result of corporation’s main needs and the dream of Project crew to change the negativetable arising from students disadvantaged situtions and to be a part of the change. Our Project is to guide our students from 9th grade to 12th grade ( individuals between 14-18 ages ) in their phycological, social and acad development and is the system a “ Student Coach” that we want to carry out in our aun ( avn ) corporation to prepare our students to the life. The goal of our project is to develop our teachers’ perfectren that they have goined by the help of their professinal experience and the education that they have taken as in-service training and to unify it eith professional “Student Coach” and to carry out the methods and tools which applied in Coach aplications in education atmosphere. With this project, teachers’and administrative officers skills in adapting original medhods and ways in education atmosphere apart from classical education comprehension, arranging equal opportunity for the inviduals in education, improving their vision by knowing different cultures and point of view, crew soul and corporation culture will be developed. Our Corporation has previoysly taken part in variour projects locally and nationally such as Socrates/ Comanious, “ Playing, on European stage; Games,Drame and Music of Childrens. With our Project, we want to implement a model that students will know themselves, their interests and their abilities end will plan their carrier according to them with the help of coach appilicatiens that our trained participants will carriy out together with disadvantageaus students in our target group and their parents; they will become indifiduals who are in peace with themselves and society and who have high self-confidence. Our project crew conerts of of 8 teachers in different brendes and 3 administrative officers that are chosen lucidly, fairly and voluntarity. The members of the crew are the indivituale who are 30-45 ages, willing to kain, innovative and assimilate their profession. 24.10.2016- 28.10. 2016 Barcelona; “ Social Emotional Learning and leadership with this education, it’s aimed to great a new crew soul by setting up learning teams, craving the effect of social abilities and emotional intelligence in education corporation and an leadership performance, learning how to use self-knaving development tools to improve the proficiency, sharing international experience. 02.04.2017 – 08.04.2017 Slovenia; “Peer Coach as the sustainable source of professional development”: whit this educations, we want to minimize our defectr by learning Grow coach model, asking powerful questions meeting a lof of coach tools and by forming a coach model which is adequate to our corporation and developed as an original relationship for the corporation; and we want to improve active listening, accordance, confidence, empiathy, commenting and awareness. The total number of our participants will be 16. Through the medium of the observation which will be done by the crew that will be formed with the coordination of the Guidance Service, teachers’ evalvations, inventories which state students’ academic and physicological situations, the students who are our target audience will be decided. Decided students and coach applications will be implemented and students will be included in one year education. During the programme, it will be aimed fort he students to go ahead in all development skills; during the implementation period and at the end of it, evaluations will be done. Manuals, brochurs and presentations about the project will be prepared, a Short Film will be shot and showed in chosen pilot schools, a course will be organised for the families and teachers through the medium of Office for the Education of People, Province-County Ministery of National Education and( ??) Guidance Searching Centres. We will let members of university give presentations about Student Coach. The results of the Project will be shared on Internet sites, E-Twinning and Platform of Erasmus+ Project Results. The results of the Project will be evaluated via various objective and subjective tools and inventories. These tools and inventories are interview, pre test- last test, the changes in leaving school early, the changes of families in taking (??) part in school events and education process, the application of Professional satisfaction inventory for teachers, the results of trial tests, the rates in replacing students to the university, changes in class atmosphere, “Who am I Self – Assessment Inventory, Who I according to whom?” inventories; the changes in participating in social culturel and sportive activites.
