European Union ET 2020 emphasises equality in education, social adaptation, communication and early childhood education. Turkey’s 10th Development strategy (2014-2018) also targets equality in education, reduction of early school leave, prevention of year repetition and accessible early childhood education. Our School is located in a district that receives intensive migration from different regions of Turkey. Due to disadvantaged position of the district’s socio-cultural and economical conditions there is a low level of participation in early school education but the level of early disengagement of school is higher than many other districts in Istanbul. In line with the migration the size of our classes is about 50 pupils on average which is again higher to other nearby districts. Continues high level of migration provides wide range of diversity in a small. However, as the place of education where everyone from different backgrounds comes together with their children we believe we have a role to contribute towards improving interaction and communication between these cultures and create a new culture where everyone contributes, communicates and enjoys being together. In this context our aim is to promote equality and diversity for our children and their families by becoming a bridge to facilitate education and communication. In collaboration with Turkey’s 10th Development strategy (2014-2018) and European Union ET 2020 as Incirtepe Primary school we have a responsibility to reconstruct our methods of teaching and redefine our role within the region to provide accessible early childhood education, identify preventative method against early school leaves and bridge the gap between cultures and people. Further set an example for pupils and others to respect differences, human rights and dignity to live harmoniously. • Participation certificates would increase the confidence in our organisation which would ultimately provide base for new projects and inspire others to contribute. This will promote and shape our organisations’ base for future strategies of development and create a dynamic. •To organise events with other district schools, teachers and parents to provide information regarding on going projects and inform its context to expand positive outcomes, encourage participation and request feedback to improve. •To improve collaboration between our organisation and parents through encouraging parents to contribute and exchange views. •To influence pupils through developing new teaching skills, methods, and tools that inspires and encourages learning; school trips, experience and experiment, school board etc •To encourage collaboration between our organisation, other educational organisations, teachers and parents to raise awareness in early children development and education •Through enabling new project ideas by promoting positive experiences and outcomes to contribute towards a positive and creative organisation •In general all of these activities are identified to improve quality of our organisations and create en environment for our teachers and pupils to work together to achieve quality, enjoyable and creative education to expand their vision for the future.
