In the globalizing world, the international organizations in educational field just like in other fields are gradually increasing. The most meaningful of all organizations is the European Union Educational programs. In the context of these programs, it is aimed that the quality of education is improved; the differences between the educational systems and the application of these systems are aptly identified; the cross-cultural aspect of education is strengthened; cultural variety is provided; learning of foreign language is supported and growth of country is contributed. The European Union Educational Programs help the formation and improvement of respect, tolerance and sympathy by granting the socialization among teachers and directors who come from various cultural backgrounds via dialogues. Erasmus+ Program brings some sociocultural reciprocal influence in personal development of those participants who are all teachers and directors in selfconfidence improvement, the skill of overcoming troubles, more feeling of responsibility being more optimist for the future, dulling the prejudge, consciousness about selfculture, direction to openmind in dialogue among religion and cultures. This program also contributes the participants regarding their own professional skills in confidence of teaching, being aware of different educational system. Improvements of a foreign language to be more efficient in communication. Teachers training methods and classroom activities have been changed and diversified. In the aspect of Europe, the removal of borders in the globalizing world, teachers should be ready for changing conditions and competition. In order to keep up with rapidly changing economical situations, teachers should gain not only international speciality and qualification but also they should be aware of globalizing world and learn more about it. Teachers should have knowledge about relations with society, adaption, using and spending the time effectively and making quick decisions in order to become an effective group with their multidimentional features beside their field information. Learning various educational materials, using different learning-teaching strategies, techniques and skills will have avocationally possitive effects. Comparing the professional training that we have acquired in our country and the program being applied at the countries that we are going to visit, we will be able to identify similarities and differences. Each of the participants of the project will prepare a report in which they will include their observations during the project. After they return, the applicable method and techniques will be determined. A pilot application class will be chosen and the observed method and techniques will be applied to this class by the participant teachers of the project. After the education with these method and techniques, it is aimed to have at least %30 increase in the educational success at the end of the educational year. If we can reach this success at the desired level, the mentioned pilot application will be applied to the all classes of the school.
