Тhe project was implemented in the context of the employers’ needs of staff with practical skills in agroecology and organic farming as a basis for sustainable farm management . In response to the identified needs and constrains the project achieved the following key objectives: 1. Improved and upgraded professional competencies of 40 students from PGSS "Zemya" , Provadia by mastering a set of skills for ecological agricultural production and organic farming ; 2 . Improved quality of education offered in the newly created Educational Park "Sustainable management of the farm " in PGSS "Zemya" by transfered experiences and good practices from German agro ecological farms; 3. Improved learning of foreign languages and professional terminology and developed skills to work in a multicultural environment. Beneficiaries of the project were 40 students from PGSS "Zemya" , Provadia in the stage of initial vocational training in the following professions and specialties: profession " Economist ", specialty “Agrucltural farm”, profession "Farmer”, specialty "Agricultural producers ", profession " Agroecology " specialty "Agroecology ", profession "Technician of agricultural machinery ", specialty "Mechanization of agriculture”. The students conducted a four week practical training in Leipzig , consisting of work in a real work environment in farms with organic production and well established agro ecological practices. Mobilities were implemented in two flows, each of which consisting of 20 students and 2 accompanying persons . As a result of practical sessions during the mobility , participants mastered skills to apply the principles in the construction of a biofarm, skills to control the quality of production , skills to protect waters from pollution by nutrients , skills to properly use the organic and mineral fertilizers and pesticides, skills to protect genetic resources - breeds and varieties. The acquired professional competences were certified by issuing of Europass Mobility document, Certificate for the placement by Wisamar and Certificate by PGSS “Zemya”. The project directly contributed to the improvement of language skills of the users and their intercultural education. There was a progress in the social skills of users, their self-confidence as еuropean citizens and good professionals . The stay in a foreign environment helped users to build valuable skills for adaptability to change, fostered the strive for self proving in a non- school environment , ability to work in a team. In a broader context beyond the direct participants , the project contributed to increasing the quality of the practical training in the profession " Agroecology " in PGSS "Zemya" and the quality of the educational environment for the upcoming class in the profession "Ecology ", transfer of experience and good environmental practices in school.
