PROJECT CONTEXT The IES Emilio Jimeno is situated in Calatayud ( Zaragoza) and its educational offer includes ESO , Bachillerato , PCPI and different Middle Grades and High and has since 2007 the ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate . Tuition for the 2013/14 course totals 810 students and 83 teachers. Develops numerous educational program as bilingualism in English, foreign language empowerment in English and French , Erasmus, Leonardo, among others. The " Bílbilis in Europe : teacher learning " project has been designed keeping in mind the European Development Plan . It has been detected the following training needs of teachers : a) Improving the skills of teachers in foreign languages in order to be able to teach not bilingual materials in other languages ​​. b )Ensuring the quality of education projects at European level taking place in the middle in terms of improving the language proficiency of teachers and students participating . c ) Dissemination and development of entrepreneurial skill and competence of the students cross ESO and Bachillerato. d ) Communication and collaboration with other institutions and countries of the European Union to strengthen cooperation and develop educational links allowing medium-term activities with relevance plus Erasmus Program at IES Emilio Jimeno . NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS Teachers beneficiary 4 The profile of the participants were secondary school teachers of IES Emilio Jimeno with training deficiencies that will be evaluated according to the scale laid down in the selection process . DESCRIPTION OF WORK 3 organization structured courses are expected : 1) Course " C'est comme ça que ça se dit " given in French: 1 space Activities: exercises of various media on levels of language and familiar, familiar vocabulary, abbreviated words , neologisms , SMS . Working in media. Various exercises . Discussions , class projects and discussions. 2) Course " Intensive French Course " taught in English : 1 space Activities: French culture and history. Grammar , oral and written expression and comprehension . Phonetics . Oral and written expression. DELF & DALF Introduction . French business . Culture and history of Paris. 3) Course " European Entrepreneurship Education " taught in French: 2 places Activities: initial aspects of the business motivation and familiarity with teamwork . Documentation EU business education. Multidisciplinary approach to develop skills . Profile of the entrepreneur. Strategies for the development of entrepreneurial skills . Visit a school to check the degree of entrepreneurial skills . TIMING July and August METHODOLOGY In the three methodology courses teamwork performed. Different contents work in small group classes with different teachers from different nationalities who communicate in English or French , depending on the course . At the end of each course will prepare various documentation and precise guidelines for direct use in the classroom is given. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE RESULTS AND IMPACT EXPECTED The results and expected impact of the implementation of the project is: A) Short term A.1 ) In participants a) Acquisition of new communication skills , increase European awareness . b ) Application of the methods and content acquired in each of the training by including in each of the next educational programming course . A.2 ) The IES Emilio Jimeno a) Improve teacher training and curriculum integration methods , strategies and contents of each of the training activities b ) Diversification in complementary activities carried out in the center. B ) Long-term B.1) In participants a) help in the design of individual training plan for each participant. b ) Motivate the time to participate in future projects within the European Erasmus program plus . B.2 . ) In the IES Emilio Jimeno a) Establish a training development plan in the medium and long term for all teachers in the center . b ) Use of the information obtained in the implementation of this project to exploit synergies with other actions of the Erasmus Programme plus that are being developed in the center. c ) To promote and disseminate the various activities encompassed within the Erasmus Programme plus POSSIBLE LONG TERM BENEFITS With the planned actions will want to cover the needs manifested in the Plan European Development and achieve medium-term IES Emilio Jimeno can also be bilingual in French and request a KA2 School Association which would imply that all the teachings of the center count the support of European programs.
