In our Project 3 volunteers will be chosen by our institution for Volunteer Service at “Kaposvári Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Utcai Központi Óvoda Béke Utcai Tagóvodája” , “Kaposvári Bajcsy - Zsilinszky Utcai Központi Óvoda Jutai Úti Tagóvoda” and "Somogyudvarhelyi Kuckó Alapítvány" organisations for 3 months From 15/05/2016- 14/02/2017.Our volunteers will actively work on educational and social activities with the children between 3-7 years old. They will also attend social and cultural activities and Hungarian language course to realize their social inclusion and personal development.Anadolu University Office for International Affairs (UİB) will be the Coordinator and Sending Organisation, “Kaposvári Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Utcai Központi Óvoda Béke Utcai Tagóvodája” , “Kaposvári Bajcsy - Zsilinszky Utcai Központi Óvoda Jutai Úti Tagóvoda” and "Somogyudvarhelyi Kuckó Alapítvány" will be Host Organisations in the project. Compass Egyesület Organisation will be coordinator organisation in Hungary. UİB and Compass Egyesület Organisation is going to keep on their partnership within EVS. Three volunteers experienced at volunteer service and preschool education will be working at three different preschool education centre for 3 months. Volunteers’ tasks will be preparation of activities and activity setting, helping children to have breakfast, supporting sports, drama, photography and intercultural learning activities with children.As the volunteers are chosen, the ones with the social-economical and geographical disadvantage will be given priority. Volunteers are expected to be experienced at volunteering and familiar with the EVS and also open to intercultural learning. Gender balance will be taken into consideration as the volunteers between 18-30 years old chosen. The project aim is to include disadvantage youth in the social life with the youth programmes, support their intercultural learning process, to raise positive awareness on different cultures and to raise and disseminate sense of volunteerism as a philosophy of life.In the project there will be a workshop to build new partnerships and to find new project ideas that answers expectations of youth and for build new youth projects. Non-formal education techniques will be a crucial part of the activities to support young people’s non-formal learning process and so attendees are expected to grow temporary skills and competences and also positive attitude towards cultural differences. After the project, volunteers will be guiding the candidate volunteers and help them to embrace the volunteering as a philosophy of life.
