The plan provides for : 1) collecting all the materials produced and shared during the training; 2) producing a demonstration video tutorial (that can be uploaded to the e-twinning on line platform) 3) implementing workshop sessions designed for transferring the gained competences to the entire school community and also to teachers from other schools. - produce positive effect/impact on learners and the whole school community - increase employability of the school’s qualified students within an international labour market by making them more aware of being European citizens and more able to face difficulties of adjustments to the standard required by international workplaces. In order to achieve these goals it is foreseen the participation of 12 teachers with the following profile: -echnical subjects teachers whose aim is improving their English in order to use it as the language of their class; - subject teachers but would like to teach his/her subject in English. They are required to have an intermediate level of English (B1) - English teachers who want to improve teaching English methodology and be able to use more real life approaches in their classes. 12 teachers with the above mentioned profile will be selected on the basis of the following criteria: strong motivation to participate in mobility projects; interest and motivation to work in a collaborative and cooperative environment; desire to carry out training programmes abroad ; readiness and capacity to face new situations; communication and foreign language skills ; interest in knowing cultural heritage of other countries; planning capacity . The selected teachers will be divided into groups and will benefit from the following educational activities at European level: -1) C. L. I. L methodology which will allow teachers to develop communication skills in L2 in order to deliver C. L. I. L. lessons and produce educational tools for facilitating students’ learning. - 2) BETTER ENGLISH FOR TEACHERS : course for teachers with low level of English who would like to develop their language skills. -3) USING TECHNOLOGY FOR TEACHING ENGLISH: designed for English language teachers who want to acquire new skills and ideas for using technology to teach English . They will be stimulated to create networks with colleagues from other European schools and exchange ideas, compare methods and introduce new projects for a long-term effects on the development and internationalisation processes within their Institute and the wider school community.
