Sunday : Learn to know organizational issues and persons involved in the course.
Monday : Compare syllabus/ development plan of your own school with findings in foreign schools. If principal focus on management issues too. Contribute to discussions. Make notes for your report and write down recommendations for your own school.
Tuesday : Focus on challenges of digitalization. Discuss about successful/failed approaches. Make notes for your report and write down recommendations for your own school.
Wednesday : Learn to know 3-level student support system. Observe differences in studying and learning practices of students. Reflect & discuss role of research and science in school education. Make notes for your report and write down recommendations for your own school.
Thursday : Learn to know how in-service training is adjusted to promote innovation and observe classroom practices. Contribute to discussion about teachers’ roles in different countries. Make notes for your report and write down recommendations for your own school.
Friday : Discuss about comparison of school systems. Collect useful observations and reflections made during course and finalize your notes and recommendations. Plan dissemination. Fill in online evaluation form. Write report on course.
Saturday : Reflect on course results and discuss. Benefit from tuition. Start preparing personal development plan.
The main objectives of the project are : developing long term school policy plan further, leveraging innovative ideas into work organization as a whole, building a team of qualified innovation leaders/responsible leader of innovation, creating high quality formats of innovative projects, writing effective Erasmus Plus KA2 project, strengthening innovative dimension of the curriculum, introducing knowledge and skills to work out innovation, learning new in service training methods, creating well funded student support system, learning from different systems of education in Europe, awareness of European dimension and global classroom thinking,transition from non digital to digital learning.Our school also aims at developing – together with the board members - a vision and a school policy plan on internationalisation, managing and organising all kind of international activities with or without partners abroad, ensuring the quality of the projects and link them to the curriculum, stimulating the streamlining of curricular elements with an international orientation, applying successfully for grants within the Erasmus plus programme, communicating and collaborating intercultural with partners abroad
Expected outcomes and impacts are : increased capacity to operate at EU/international level: improved management skills and
internationalisation strategies; reinforced cooperation with partners from other countries; increased allocation of financial resources (other than EU funds) to organise EU/international projects; increased quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow up of EU/international projects;
an innovative and improved way of operating towards their target groups, by providing for example: more attractive programmes for students, trainees and volunteers in line with their needs and expectations; improved qualifications of teaching and training staff; improved processes of recognition and validation of competences gained during learning periods abroad; more effective activities for the benefit of local communities, improved youth work methods and practices to actively involve young people and/or to address disadvantaged groups, etc.;
a more modern, dynamic, committed and professional environment inside the organisation: ready to integrate good practices and new methods into daily activities; open to synergies with organisations active in different social, educational and employment fields; planning strategically the professional development of their staff in relation to individual needs and organisational objectives; if relevant, capable of attracting excellent students and academic staff from all over the world.
Based on formal, informal and non formal learning, our methodology will try to stimulate active participation, pro-activity, responsibility and sharing of problems and thoughts of all participants involved.
