Best practice and cooperation between youth workers in nordic municipalities
Date du début: 1 janv. 2016, Date de fin: 31 janv. 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project "Best practice and cooperation between youth workers in nordic municipalities " will focus on fostering and enhancing a relationship between youth workers in Fjardabyggd, Iceland and Stavanger, Norway through lectures, role play, discussions, and presentations about the work of youth workers from each partner. We will have 6 participants from each partner of witch 1 from each partner will be a leader, the directors of sports and leisure within the municipalities. All participants have experience within the field of youth work and will be contributing throughout the project. The Icelandic participants all come from rural area and have fewer opportunities to participate in this kind of activities. We will have two activities that will be build up like a study visit / seminar / partnership building to get the most out of the whole project. One in Stavanger that will be planned by them and one in Fjardabyggd that will be planned by them. The results we aim for are a stronger cooperation between partners so we can have the capacity to tackle more complex erasmus+ projects in the future together and hopefully with more partners like EVS, youth exchanges and maybe even strategic partnerships. This project will impact all 12 participants with more understanding of European cooperation and knowledge on youth work along with a strong impact on the municipalities through presentations that each partner will carry out after the activities. The long term benefits would be more projects made by these partners and a stronger cooperation in the future.
