Berufliche Bildung und Technologietransfer in Europa

The Croatian and German vocational training system should through attendance phases of eight Kieler teachers from all departments (disciplines electrical engineering, information technology, automotive engineering and metal technology) of the RBZ based on pre-defined parameters such as• School Model vs. market model vs. dual model,• Vocational training in the depth vs. vocational training in the width,• General education vs. vocational training and• free choice of pupils vs. interests of the labor marketexamined by an interest in the school development participants compare, discuss and be modified positively. As measures here "Jobshadowing", internships and self-performed lessons are provided.Furthermore curricular transformations, educational decisions and didactic-methodical approach of the vocational training systems are closely compared.Improvement for the everyday teaching practice should be archieved. Experiences in context of the electric mobility should be developed and specified. The results should be transferred to colleagues of the involved schools and to other local curricula.The thus determined potential is recorded in writing by the parties and discussed in the conferences so that meaningful improvements can be implemented sustainably.
