Challenges posed by educational systems in the 21st century , are greeted by the beginning of 2014 with the implementation of Erasmus + program of the European Commission. The main objective of the program is to support efforts to improve the educational environment of the countries through exchange of information , capacity and expertise in the field of educational strategies, policies, and methodologies, including lifelong learning. In accordance with the policy of the Commission, this project aims at bridging the gap in educational policies and strategies that exist between EU countries and within them. The project proposal is directly linked to the activities of the applicant organization, namely providing high quality educational services to high school level .The trainings, which will take place through the implementation of this project 's main objective is training the participants to achieve a higher quality of educational services. The organization considers its significant strategic aims to improve the interaction between all stakeholders in the education process.The specific objectives are expected to be achieved by the project are: - Understand the leading European practices in the management of educational institutions and inclusive methods of education - Mastering the skills to work with modern ICT tools - Use of innovative techniques for classroom management - Improvement of specialized terminology in English, French and German and improve the overall foreign language competence .The project objectives are defined in terms of:Participants - by conducting these educational mobility employees 18.SOU will expand their knowledge on the most modern teaching approaches, classroom management and human resource management from the management team. By getting familiar with the use of innovative methods will allow their exercise of teaching and their management activities at a high professional level.The candidate institution - by improving the quality of professional training of employees, as well as improving skills in the field of innovative European methods in conjunction with the many initiatives within the school and therefore participate in international competitions and projects.The project will provide the 20 educational specialists - employees 18.SOU "William Gladstone " with the possibility to expand and enrich their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the above areas. Their work in 18.SOU "William Gladstone" requires knowledge of developments in the implementation of the measures needed to improve the quality of training in the inspection of the learning process in all stages of training and further analysis.This educational mobility project is expected to provide training of teaching specialists on the above topics:- management of human resources in the education sector - in-dept innovative training of teaching staff - New Technological Studies - ICTThe implementation of the educational mobility is planned during the period 01.10 . 2016- 01.10 . 2017, each educational mobility lastes for seven days and is implemented on a program, provided by the course organizers . Main activities " of this form.As a result of the implementation of this project 18.SOU "William Gladstone" improve the quality and expand the scope of the provided educational services through innovative for Bulgaria methods. Implementation of training activities, conducted in the member - states of EU, will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the image and competitiveness of the institution candidate. The project is a step forward to promote the study of European languages as a strategic objective and nationally.Potential long-term benefits in connection with the creation of more favorable and sustainable environment for inter-cultural education and future projects and partnerships "Erasmus +" .
