Date du début: 1 août 2016, Date de fin: 31 janv. 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our project idea is based upon young people’s suggestion, who took the initiative to volunteer or participate in a youth exchangeabout healthy and active life and sports. We developed the project and put it into action. Our activities cover our main topic: hiking in the nature, morning runnings, yoga, stress relief, village game, night orienteering, etc. Each partner brings a workshop within the main topic. We do our activities using informal and non-formal methods such as dynamic, interactive and simulation games, small sitdowns, work in big and small groups, presentations and learning by doing. We expect that skills and competences of young people and youth workers will be improved, and that organizations will have a stronger cooperation in the long run, through which youth work can be better developed. The aims of our project are to increase physical and mental wellbeing, promote the practice of outdoor activities through which we draw the attention of youngsters to healthy lifestyles, to foster social inclusion and the active participation of young people and support them to acquire and improve knowledge, skills and attitudes through informal and non-formal learning with a view to improving their personal development. We promote active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion, solidarity and acceptance. Our project is open for young people with fewer opportunities.Organizations and youth workers will also profit from this exchange. We plan long-term cooperation in order to foster qualityimprovements in youth work and in the preparation, implementation, monitoring as well as the follow up of this and other futureexchanges.
