The KA1 category of Erasmus+ youth exchange will take place between 15.09.2014 and 28.09.2014 in Ajak town, Hungary. The topic is youth entrepreneurship, and business skills developing, (e.g positive and creative thinking). The pillars of our projects are the life-long learning, so the spontaneous informal and planned non-formal learning method. Our main objectives are the following issues: developing our participant’s business skills (organizational, time management, self-knowledge) and professional knowledge (economic, tax, legal, marketing). Further aim is to give a lecture to the participant about business plan writing process. (cash-flow table, SWOT analysis, etc.) Our main goal would be to encourage the faith and commitment for entrepreneur lifetime in younger generation. The objectives will come true through a varieties of activities connected to the sports, culture, and tourism. We will organize gastro tour in Tokaj’s wine region, and visit local business factories. During the national evenings we will discover each others' culture. We will use lots of non-formal learning methods in order to practice the learning-by–doing. Participating counties are Georgia, Ukraine, Romani and Hungary. There will be 9 participants plus 1 leader from all the countries, so we will be 40 altogether.
