This PBA project intend creating an EVS platform which would allow to exchange best practices on youth issues and to debate on equal basis gathering together youth workers, youth leaders and young people from SEE and EU countries. The project aims as well to improve participants’ skills and abilities on youth employment innovation methods in order to better face the contemporary labour market. The overall objective of this project is to further develop partnerships on youth projects in general, and EVS projects in particular, among the participating countries. The overall outcome is the creation of a network of youth organizations, at the beginning only among the participant’s organization and the participants will be trained to enlarge this network. The core theme of the network will be the common interests, for instance youth issues, and the cooperation on common projects to be developed in the near future, contributing so at the development of a powerful interconnected civil society active in youth issues. The outcomes will be achieved in the following activities:- Training on the Youth in Action programme, with a specific focus on Action 2 – EVS- Workshops focused on the tools and relational competencies needed to support projects at local level- Simulations and role-play games to familiarize with the rules and resources to be managed in EVS projects in order to support EVS volunteers and to foster relationships between EVS coordinators and mentors in order to establish a mutual support network during the Implementation phase- Intercultural activities are foreseen to promote mutual understanding of the different cultures involved.This PBA will take place in Shkodra, Albania, from the 18th until the 24th of April 2012 involving 44 participants from 9 countries (Albania, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Italy, Serbia, Macedonia and Kosovo)
