Our school wants that continuously increase the quality of education and to renew itself for to hold education standards of European Union which is progressing towards becoming a member in modern European perspective. We are disposed to carry out some studies for both success of ourself and success of our students. We desire that the our first study to be the scape of Key Action1- learning mobility of individuals which is a European Mobility Activity since our success bar will be raised by our teachers and our students who working under the structure of our institute. So that, our teacher will improve work perfection as well as their students will improve experiences. The condition recover of our children’s education life depends on bring unsuccessful and students at risk in vocational education of EU standards and EU modernization. We target that our participant teachers having pedagogical educations for our problems and the main countries of EU where are required to take this training: ‘Approach methods for the students who have infraction of the rules and many absence’ - The Czech Republic ‘ Adolescent devolopment and social psychology ’ - Holland ‘ Conflict and violence management ‘ - Germany ‘ Career routing ‘ - Spain 24 full participant and 6 associate participant teachers are justly selected by project management team and six each teachers will go to each countries for take training. Selected teachers wil get ready for vocational, linguistic and cultural education. And also, teachers will be taken out a health and travel insurance. Cultural and vocational preparations will be made with organized as often as desired meeting in our school. Foreign language training will be provided by English teachers of our school at weekends in our school. Language education will be started two months before learning mobilitiy and our teachers will do much practice. Training that our teachers received will be controlled and considered by our guides, our participats and our host corporation in mobility period. When the our project management team analysis all this appreciations, they will create their opinions about efficiency. As from end of the mobility, our team will start generalize activities. This project will be heard by large mass and our team will provide to reach of the project that all needy schools.
