The project features co-operation between agricultural research units operating in the northernparts of the involved countries. The aim is to maintain the agricultural research into northernconditions currently available in the region by raising the standard of expertise through crossborderco-operation, to create strategies for future research and development activities based onthe needs of consumers and producers, and to generate new agricultural business.
