Baltic Sea Regional Training in Auditing Child Care Institutions
Training is a necessary prerequisite for countries to fulfil their obligations as stated in the Convention of the Rights of the Child, more precisely articles 9, 20 and 25. A training package and a model for delivering such training is useful in all countries in the region and in Europe.
