Planned project „ Baltic - EU connection - Taste of Europe” during the activity of “Erasmus+” programme KA102 provides learning mobility for students of vocational educational institution. Its implementation is planned during the period from 1.09.2015. until 30.12.2016. The length of this practice is 1 month or 2 weeks (Croatia) for students. 3 accompanying teachers and 18 students from four education programs “Agriculture”, Building” and “Tourism-hospitality-catering”) will participate in this mobility. Our partners are: -) Bildungsberatung & Vermittlungsagentur in Österreich- (Austria); - Srednja skola Prelog in the fields of gastronomy – catering (cooks, waiters, bakers, pastry cooks) and economics as well as tourism and hospitality management (Croatia); -) Agroturystyka „BRZOZA” (Poland). The aim of the project is: -) to support an acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competencies for the target groups; -) to promote professional growth, employment and chances into today’s job market; -) to promote implementation of innovations in the educational process and practical training both at school and enterprises of practice. Realization of this project will help to improve involved students’ skills in fields of construction, agriculture and tourism-hospitality, also in the context of sustainable and environmentally friendly development. It will further learning of foreign languages, new technical and technological approach to ensure efficiency of work processes. Overall, this project will contribute to common achieving of goals of Erasmus + programme, targeting the professional and personal goals, as well as realization of local and regional development plans.
