TERMINÉ
The project will establish a groupware platform to support IT education for various professional groups within social work, nursing and medicine. Education topics and learning strategies are based on recommendations by IMIA (International Medical Informatics Association). The primary objective of the groupware platform is to support distance and on-line education in virtual classrooms. The secondary objective is to use the same platform also for team building and team work in particular to support decision making concerning patients and care levels, and involving administration on municipality social work level as well as health care nursing and medical levels. Focus is on elderly and the need to include the ageing population in society. The situation after involves social work, nursing and medical professionalism in a wide range and interacting to support and maintain the wellbeing of the customer.
