BALLADE’S ACTIVITIES ARE INCREASING: - Local actions towards youth with less opportunities- International project in Balkans First EVS in leaving end of June and we need another EVS to go on with his implication in our activities. Purpose of coming EVS for us is to develop our local & international activities, strengthen our links with foreign partners. BALLADE’S EXPERIENCE IS INCREASING and we wish to share our “technical” knowledge, - as well non-formal educational method to teach music to youth with less opportunities- as our experience to cope with administrative tasks. EVS WILL HELP - in our non-formal pedagogic projects towards young people with less opportunity - and administrative tasks, local organisation and international project's preparation and realisation- He will also be able to speak on Mobility projects and his personal experience to public and youngsters in local and regional meetings EVS WILL GAIN IN - language capacity, - intercultural knowledge, - learn to organise his/her work and team-working, fill applications, organise local and international projects, - learn some non-formal teaching, - learn how to use informatics technics for dissemination, visibility. He will also mix with new friends, from our association or other EVS and students.Volunteer will have 2 tutors: one member of administration, one about his age working with him on international projects and communication. In all the tasks he/she will carry on, the volunteer will be accompanied by a professional in order to provide him support, advice and transfers of know-how. He/she will have opportunity to participate to usual activities of association language courses and lots of possibilities to see cultural events. We will adapt program to aims and competences of coming EVS. We'll work so that EVS comes back home and to sending association with more self-confidence, new competences for his future studies and employability and their local projects.LES ACTIVITES DE BALLADE SONT EN AUGMENTATION:- aussi bien les actions à l’échelle locale en direction de JAMO- que notre action internationale BalsiKa dans les Balkans.Notre 1er EVS partant le 30 juin, nous aimerions un EVS pouvant relayer ses tâches.L’EXPERIENCE DE BALLADE S’ETOFFE et nous aimerions partager ce bagage “technique”- aussi bien notre expérience d’éducation non-formelle en direction de JAMO- mais aussi nos connaissances administrativesLE JEUNE EN SVE PARTICIPERA - à nos projets pédagogiques non-formels en direction des JAMO- à des tâches administratives, l’organisation des projets locaux, la préparation et la réalisation de projets internationaux- Il aura aussi pour mission de parler de mobilité internationale- et de seconder les intervenants pour les ateliers avec JAMOLES COMPETENCES ACQUISES PAR LE JEUNE EN SVE seront - des progrès en langue, - une connaissance interculturelle accrue, - un nouveau cercle d'amis,- travailler en équipe, s’initier à des techniques d’éducation non-formelle, gérer des groupes d'enfants de milieux difficiles et leurs familles,- organiser et mettre en œuvre des projets internationaux, apprendre des techniques informatiques tournées vers la dissémination et la visibilité, remplir des dossiers, parler en public de son expérience de la mobilité internationale, Son programme sera adapté à ses buts, compétences et à son projet personnel.Notre but est qu’il rentre au terme de cette période avec de nouvelles compétences, de nouvelles idées qui lui permettent de développer son projet personnel, de poursuivre ses études ou de trouver des débouchés professionnels, de développer des projets locaux en ayant acquis de la confiance en soi et de l'expérience.
