Our project consists of two movements which are the areas of food and beverages services and clothing and manufacturing technology.In recent years,food and beverage services have shown a rapid increase in our country and all over the world.Socio-cultural and economic changes in the society,also,led food and beverage services to be developed and transformed this area to be important for the employment.In order to keep pace with conditions of the competition in the rapidly changing world,area of the food and beverage services has become necessary because of raising qualification required by the sector and qualified manpower for the intermediate stage.In our country,businesses operating in the field of food and beverage services provide an important contribution to the national economy in terms of employment.Our project will be an important initiative for eliminating deficit of the educated members of the industry.Food and beverage production and service is a sector that human labor is the most heavily used and has a limited automation.Healthy food and beverage service,clean,to be served at one of the leading produced in a hygienic environment that requires basic skills and expertise in the training of the personnel makes it important to do this profession.Guest satisfaction is kept in the forefront to provide appropriate services to personal preference in this sector to be provided with a sufficient amount of qualified work force.Sectors which are the basic necessities of our daily lives eating and drinking is a particular sector that requires expertise.With this project,our 15students and 2teachers will have internship opportunity about fish and water products which are included in the food and beverage service.Fish meat is ranked among the important nutrients in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in terms of the fact that it is rich in protein content and the polyunsaturated fatty acids found in nature to meet needs essential nutrients the body,disease prevention across the board to have positive impact on human physiology and metabolic functions.Ankara is renowned for its quality and freshness of the fish although it does not have sea coast. Also, it is a place where the best fish restaurants in Turkey.Because it is the center of the bureaucracy,the best fish caught has been come to Ankara.Moreover, the fish are processed in many different ways emerges in Ankara.Through our project,our students will get the opportunity to know Italian cuisine based on fish.Thanks to the information they have learned,they will able to ease the employment in this field when they graduate.The second mobility within our project is in the area of clothing production technologies.Clothing and apparel industry, which provides employment opportunities,an industry which plays an important role in economic development and international trade due to the weight of the value added created in the production process has always been.Textiles and apparel industry which developed countries marked the 18th century and the industrialization process play a similar role in development today in developing countries.Clothing production,which began production process need to cotton yard in the world and the added value due to the high share in both export revenues play and important role in the economic development process is an indispensable part of the country area.Considering the way that developed countries cover the industrialization,today it is seen that the successes achieved in the field of garment manufacturing technology at the beginning of this point.Clothing manufacturing technology area,the small business has been operating in Turkey since the 1950s.In this area,there has been great progress in recent years.Recorded these developments,both into the country with both sales made outside the country have contributed significantly both country’s economy and the balance of foreign payments.Today,in all countries,technical training is used as an effective tool for the transition of young and adults to the employment.Labor contribution to the economy has increased the importance of the vocational training for employment.Clothing manufacturing technology area, because of the labor intensive character,employs hundreds of thousands people in the tens of thousands jobs.In this area,positive impact of a high rate of development on the employment is undeniable for the welfare of society.In particular,the Turkish clothing manufacturing technology to be competitive field,it is necessary to increase the number of trained labor sector and level of technology.In the area of clothing technology,it can employ about 4million people.Through the project,15 of our students,2 teachers went to Italy known as the capital of fashion,by learning information about planting and cutting of the clothes which is one of the most important areas of the garment production technology, they can be easily employed in the sector when they can graduate.
