Andalucia Emprende, Public Foundation, regional reference in supporting start-ups and training for entrepreneurs, wants to train technical staff through new forms of business financing, and include this subject in the courses and seminars given to entrepreneurs.People selected will be responsible for training entrepreneurs and other technicians staff about the possibilities and effectives ways to acquire resources for business self-employment formulas. The project includes the selection of technical people , previous training and training mobility toto the Netherlands, where a specialized course in "Alternative Financing" will be prepared. There will be a theoretical part of the course and demonstrative visits based on the case method . The main results of this project are: the technical improvement of staff to encourage teamwork and training of entrepreneurs; Technical awareness about the importance of alternative solutions to the problem of business financing and have a European economic dimension; Teaching to other colleagues the knowledge acquired and provide training to entrepreneurs.
