With this project, we pursued one of the follow- up to the seminar held previously titled "Back to the Future ... for quality in EVS " which involved the effort by Stranaidea to organize and coordinate a seminar on EVS one year after the launch of the new programme Erasmus +, in order to share their first impressions and to expand the partnership to other organizations.With partners who participated in the first seminar we questioned the usefulness of organizing a second workshop and has emerged from all the interest and the need to meet again to almost a year after the entry into force of Erasmus + to discuss the changes that led to and draw up a Charter of Commitments to improve the quality of Partnership Agreements on the basis of the new elements introduced by the new program.The objectives of the seminar " Back to the Future II " were the following:1 ) To contribute to improving the quality of EVS projects through the sharing of the Quality Commitment Charter built in the previous workshop, enriching it with the help of other organizations and updating it with respect to the new program;2 ) To increase contacts and establish new partnerships greatly expanding the number of organizations and participants involved;3 ) To exchange experiences and good practices in the management of EVS projects with the new program from the changes made by Erasmus +4) Create a European network of accredited EVS organizations ;5) Develop a web-based platform , which allows for more and better communication with network partners to vehicular projects, proposals , profiles, share issues of concern , promoting partnerships for other actions of the program .The comparison that has taken place through the seminar offered not only to operators but also to the young people with which they work, high standards of quality in the management of EVS projects.The needs and the main themes that this project deal relate to the need of the participants to confront the new program, to share positive items and compare most critical aspects, to increase the network of partners having the opportunity to meet personally, developing personal and professional skills and improving the performance of the organizations they represent.After the presentation of the participants, organizations and contexts of origin, has been run a training module on the results that emerged during the first seminar so that the group of participants could start from the same level of knowledge of the contents, give his contribute to enrich them with their own experience and together define the quality elements for EVS projects management.As a result the comparison has been done on the new program and the first experiences related to it, through group activities and other concrete actions for debate as the sharing of the Quality Commitment Charter, the creation of a European network and a web platform.The drafting of the Charter has been an essential element shared with the participants to create partnership agreements with organizations and with the volunteer based on quality elements and, through methods of non-formal education, cooperative learning, active participation and work in small groups, various themes has been addressed, such as: the preparation for the project and departure; the role of the tutor and mentor, the skills needed to play this role and their recognition; the learning process during the EVS; communication between the different actors before, during and after the project; the rights and responsibilities of volunteers and partner organizations; Youthpass , its effectiveness and its recognition. The evaluation of these objectives and the methods used to carry out the issues and the identification of possible follow-up to the dissemination of the results has been the activities that has concluded the seminar.29 youth workers has participated from 21 different organizations representing 13 European countries (Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany, Macedonia, Hungary, Greece, Belgium, Estonia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia and Italy). The participating organizations have many years of experience in the management of EVS projects and other programs, therefore, the project results are of a high level of quality with regard to content that emerged, the tools of work processed and the methods of dissemination. The impact on the development of quality projects is far-reaching thanks to the creation of a partnership network that we intend to expand to other organizations on the basis of the subscription to the Quality Commitment Charter and the online platform that we would like to start as a tool for future projects planning.
