Both parents and teachers complain about the inefficient time that the students use at the computer. This situation may have a negative effect on students' academic achievement.However,teachers in Turkey need to improve innovative approaches in the ICT field in order to lead students to overcome this problem. The need of the teachers will be covered through in service trainings.Participants intends to transform the inefficient time of the students spent on the computer into productive through preparing high-quality educational materials by the help of the Web 2.0 tools.So, Participant teachers will make mobilities on abroad during the project (24 months)with the aim of preparing a qualified Project( Erasmus + and eTwinning), removing their lack of knowledge about ICT, becoming Europeanized, internationalized, developing themselves at the field of intercultural interaction. In addition to the main purpose, there are some subpurposes of the project as listed below: 1. To modernize and improve education and training 2. To meet our participants’ needs in the field of increasing their competence in ICT for a qualified education and to transfer acquired competencies to colleagues. 3. To prepare educational environment for drawing students’ attention by the help of educational materials and eTwinning projects prepared by Web 2.0 tools and for active learning. 4. To contribute to participants’ foreign languages development and Europeanization and to increase the motivation. 5. To set an example to our colleagues on Erasmus+ projects. 6. To prepare the ground for planned KA2 project in future in the field of ICT, to succeed managing and executing qualified and effective projects. The main subjects that our project approaches are identified as ICT, new Technologies, digital competence(effeciency), innovative curriculum, educational methods, the development of education lessons. Although successful national projects have been accomplished in our school and teachers have been trained in this regard, no international grant has been provided to our school under the Erasmus + program. This may have been considered to be a major deficiency in Europeanization, internationalization and cross-cultural interaction for our students and our teachers.To realize the purpose of the project, teachers will take some ICT courses to their academic qualifications in a developed European country. This may help them improving their capabilities by interacting with their counterparts. School management made an announcement to the all staff about the project proposal. Voluntary teachers applied to the school management with a petition. 12 members were chosen to the project team by a committee and they signed a volunteer agreement. After the project team has been established,the strategic planning team has shared the results of their survey about our school’s needs with the team. Our team has listed the courses conducted abroad according to school’s needs, has obtained the necessary information about courses from the proper course providers and the suitable courses have been decided. The sub-project teams have been created in order to carry out a high quality KA1 project. According to the Ministry of Education ‘s strategic plan, Fatih Project,which are being carried out at the high schools,will be also carried out at the secondary schools. However at the project scope, it is really hard to access the adequate number and quality of education for our teachers at the field of web 2.0 tools and ICT. By analysing our school’s strategic plan and swot analysis, a project team was constituted. After starting the project,the courses were searched and then they were chosen with the voting method. At the preparation stage of the project, an agreement will be signed with Turkish National Agency and the courses will be informed. Project logistic team will take a strong interest in participants’ accommodation, visa etc. process. By conducting the course providers, continuation of the mobility smoothly, preparations for the courses will be enabled. After every mobility the participants will promote the project by making various activities and evaluation reports. It is expected that the participants will remove their lack of knowledge about ICT and preparing a project , their becoming Europeanized,internationalized , developing themselves and their foreign language at the field of intercultural interaction. Not only , it is purposed to make their time, which they are spending on computer, more qualified and entertaining, but it is also expected to give information to the teachers, parents and all our target area in our city and town. To conclude the outcomes of the project, this experience will pioneer in our school and our region about submission o fErasmus+ projects.In addition, by the help of the high-quality courses on Project Preparation and on the ICT that we are planning to attend,we intend to apply for qualified Erasmus + KA2 project in future.
