Our institution aim is grow up person who is producing new Project, have self esteem, saying his/her thought freedom, hand out good opportunity in a competition world, know everything in world, use all sources about knowledge, know his/her national values. We want to apply CLIL method in school. CLIL gives us large cultural values and multi cultural ways in teaching method. Moreover; we also want to attend Erasmus Plus for developed teachers. It provides to our teachers new successful area via students. Our school wants to teachers’ development and student’s evaluation. Our teachers are elected in school meeting for attending this CLIL courses. These courses are found in Leeds and Dublin. Our participants are 15 people. These teachers are being different branches. They are open-minded and they have lifelong learning. Our foundation mainly aims to progress our participants’ education and teaching capability with Erasmus Plus Project. In accordance with this goal, our teachers will share their experiences with the other teachers in the institution as a result of the courses to be taken during the process. The gained progress will also make a comeback as a benefit for our students. The foreign language teachers will give their support because of the importance of foreign language learning in our school. With the outcomes of this training, we are willing to create a new model of teaching using the new techniques and methods and then share this new model with the other branches’ teachers. Thus, with the new approaches in foreign language teaching, using content and language integrated learning into other branches is one of our goals in terms of ensuring sustainability of this project forward. We are also planning to form a new perspective in our education system to be followed by the other institutions in our country. Sharing the progress, experience and all the details about this project via the media, we aim to contribute to the education and training institutions first in Kocaeli then in the whole country. Our institution has identified as one of our primary goals to take a model of Europe's innovative , modern and supporting the student's creativity education system and to grow students who are capable of having the positive approach to their society ,interacting with the other cultures , introducing their culture and contributing to their own country. We believe that the education in CLIL seminars will not only help our participants’ progress but also lead us to make projects in the future.CLIL, applied to training programs and language learning, is at the core of the entire education system. While all the teachers in the institution have the responsibility in dealing with this method, foreign language teachers have much more responsibility. Our institution, as a private school, has focused on this method. As an institution knowing the importance of being open to our teachers’ development, we need this course and we are willing to use all our support. We believe that it will leave a positive impact on both our teachers and the students. Each course, having the most effective methods of training around the world has attracted the attention of our school. We are also ready to join in the courses which we have all the information about. We aim to communicate with the courses by using our school website and the social networks. We believe that this course will be beneficial to our participants with skills and abilities they already have. We believe that this course we have chosen will provide many benefits to our teachers. Our teachers who are open to using all kinds of innovations in teaching are willing to do their best in this project. Sharing the slightest ability or information to be acquired with their students will make us honored. Our institution is also giving the enough support to the teachers but it will have a different perspective and method through this project. Not only reading articles about new approaches but also listening to the tutors experienced in using them will make this project worthwhile. Thus, we will be very happy to get the way of using CLIL and all the information from its tutors. In this sense, CLIL is the best choice for us. Our institution always supports by the way, but due to Erasmus Plus, Our institution will gain different aspect and methodology. Listening to all educational situations in place provides us new values in contrast, reading a essay in educational platform, so we will be pleasured with learning new things from trainers, we will find out both technique and carry out and have new step. CLIL is not teaching foreign language in root. Actually it is using foreign language for teaching in Europe. It can be applying commonly. Our schools’ book includes CLIL method. How can be adapt and use? It is most important question for us. Because of that we believe that we grow up new and trusted future owing to CLIL course.
