In our project; students of Halil Rifat Pasa MTAL, Avcılar MTAL and Ataturk MTAL who are students of information technologies will go to Hungary, Belgium and Czech Republic for internship for a period of 1 month. They will also examine the information technology department at the same school in which teachers give vocational education and training planner for 2 weeks in Hungary and how administrators implementation of vocational training activities in vocational education institutions in the UK.The purposes of our project;- Information Technology (IT) and in particular to examine the vocational training system implemented in Europe in the field of database management,- Students receive training in database management in the fields of vocational training institutions in Europe and to provide training in business,- Examine the cooperation between the private sector and vocational training institutions in Europe,- To develop vocational training systems that are applied in the IT sector in Turkey,- To contribute to the Europe 2020 strategy in vocational education,- Enhance the foreign language skills of project participants,- End of the project to record the gains and certificates will be given to participants,- To contribute to intercultural interaction and enhance the concept of intercultural tolerance in participants,- Consortium members to develop project implementation and management of their school experience,- To increase the employability of students who won the European vision,- To conduct joint studies with different schools together to solve the problems faced by the education system.Participants will take our project; Halil Rifat Pasa MTAL and Avcılar MTAL in the field of information technology in the field of vocational training in 10th, 11th and 12th grade students. Other participants in the project will take place in our professionals group are teachers and principals of Halil Rifat Pasa MTAL, Ataturk MTAL & Avcılar MTAL lecturing in data structure; vocational training in the field of ICT that teachers or administrators who are planning vocational training.Participants on the project impacts are as follows:- Hungary, Belgium and the Czech Republic where the database manager by going to the training of young people will increase the level of knowledge in the field of informatics,- Students will have the overseas experience thanks to the project,- Students achievements gained during the project will be recorded in certificates,- Improve itself in the IT field, have received record and achievements with their own overseas experience certificates to students; thus to increase their employability after graduation,- Vocational training staff and administrators implemented in European Information Technology (IT) to examine on-site training in the field,- The staff of our group to improve the quality of vocational training in the IT industry in Turkey,- Students and staff will develop foreign language skills and will increase in importance given to foreign language education,- Have access to a European consciousness of participants towards Turkey's EU membership will be voluntary cultural ambassadors,- Vocational training staff up to date curriculum in Europe, to learn the tools and methods,- Vocational education administrators will monitor the school management concept in Europe, and thus will improve the management process in Turkey.
