This Project in the field of marketing has been prepared in the partnership of 6 school being active in our city. The partners of our Project are Nilüfer Nur Hayati Kurtcan Trade Vocational High School (TVHS), Hamitler TOKİ TVHS, İslam Uyar TVHS, Gemlik TVHS, Yıldırım TVHS,and Ergin Ağaç TVHS .Our target group will be 60 students at 12th grade taking Initial Vocational Training in the field of Marketing and Retail. If our Project is accepted, it will have 2 mobility activities and they will be organized as below. - At 1st mobility, it is planned that 30 participants 2 of whom are the disabled to be selected from Nilüfer Nur Hayati Kurtcan TVHS, İslam Uyar TVHS and Yıldırım TVHS will go to Germany with 5 attendants 2 of whom are for the disabled. - At 2nd mobility, it is planned that 30 participants from Hamitler TOKİ TVHS, Gemlik TVHS and Ergin Ağaç TVHS will go to Hungary with 3 attendants. Our home partners in the Project will be; * Hafix GmbH, Elektropower GmbH, Ruhr Business Platform e.V. and Networx Academy Consulting&Education GmbH in Germany, * Pogany Frigyes Szakkozepiskola, NCT Akadémia Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. and Evol Lubnatsi in Hungary. Each two mobility activity will be carried out in 21 days between May 3rd and 23rd, 2015. * THE PREPARATION REASONS OF OUR PROJECT: That the enterprices in our country can survive in intense competitive environment as a result of globalization of economy depends on making production in international standards in the view of price and quality and marketing their productions in international market. Therefore, it has become an important need that the enterprices are aware of technological development and strategies to product the intended quality of goods and services and to market them in international markets. However, in this point the enterprices’ trouble of reaching to information cause to emerge serious problems and so it causes them to fall. To solve these problems, the enterprices need to hire qualified staff. Nowadays, because of the professions gaining importance like marketing and sales management the need of educated manpower being qualifed in this field and knowing foreign languages is increasing with each passing day. This Project applicaiton has been made with the aim of providing employability of our participants by meeting their education and experience needs. * THE AIMS OF OUR PROJECT: The first aim of our Project is that the participants are equipped with “Employability Qualifications” towards the goals in “10th Development Plan and Europe 2020 Strategy Certificate” for competing in unstable labor market and protecting their economical levels. At the end of the Project activities, it is planned that our participants will develop their Professional knowledge and skills in consequence of education they will take in Germany and Holland being the most important countries of Europe in modern marketing strategies and gain experiences in consequence of internship in enterprices. * THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND POTENTIAL LONG-TERM BENEFITS OF OUR PROJECT: The outcomes we plan to reach with our Project and the effetcts in long term are the mainly: • To help our participants to be hired in the field of marketing which has the highest job vacancy according to statistics of ISKUR by means of their knowledge, skills and experiences they gain towards the needs of the field • To develop their linguistic, cultural, social and personal skills • To help them become conscious of European Citizenship • To provide the certification of skills they gain • To prepare website by the aim of providing sustainability in Project activities • To meet the needs of qualified staff in the field of marketing to increse the competitiveness of enterprices in our country in international markets • To develop the collaboration between enterprices and the institution training vocational education in Europe level. • To be seen the effects of Europe Added Value in the activities of project-partner institutions.
