The main purpose of our project on which we make a demand of support is indeed on the way to be the pioneer in the educational district our school is located. Constitution of " Classroom of European Union Practices" , as a product, is going to include the implementation of the innovative perception and provide the opportunity for attendance and observation by the largest mass of educational staff we could reach. The impulsion inside us is the desire to do our best to present one of the smart implementations which is created by the enhancement of best practices with creativity and be an example which is open to examination. In our projectCreativity in teaching and training & how to use music, art, ICT and sport in education , the project's core team consists of our headmaster, two deputy managers, 8 teachers and a guidance counselor teacher. They are going to visit 3 European cities and attend teacher training courses in 3 different ares that would get the educaion develop as a whole. The titles of these courses are "Creativity in teaching and training & how to use music, art, ICT and sport in education" , "Learning outdoors" and " Best practices Benchmarking" . Our teachers are going to get the chance to observe which techniques are used, how they are used and how they are related with the educational aims directly and indirectly; in short, "behind the scene ". Taking part in the activities, our school staff will have the opportunity to appraise and compare by evaluating themselves again, how they treat the common problems by sharing different cultures. We feel ourselves privileged having the presence of participants who have the ability to serve for the objectives of our project in the best way. Thanks to this condition, we; taechers qualified as learners, are going to embody the expected improvement and practice on English as foreign language. The methodology during the implementation of our project is going to be mostly project based. In each field, by internalizing the approaches in which the digital technology is used such as illustration, brain-storming, thinking focused on real life problems, problem solving, creativity, access to the information, cultivation, rearrange, questioning and reconcilitation, active citizenship and easiness in access to the pupils with disadvantages, plans to change the learner properties accordingly. We're going to ensure the implementation of the "Practice Classroom" in which the innovative applications will take place and we are going to make a name of being the first project school which follows the innovations in Eskişehir City, Odunpazarı district in that field and by carrying out it in the first place to shed light. With the aim of carrying out E-twinning projects and providing the persistence and sustainability in many areas, we're going to generate a culture of projects in our school.
